By scheduling an appointment, you are reserving a valuable and personalized slot, and we appreciate your commitment to the same. In order to maintain the integrity of our services and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Period:
  • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation Fee:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
• Same-Day Cancellations:
  • For appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service, the full amount of the service will be charged.
• No-Show Policy:
  • Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
  • No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
• Communication:
  • Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes to their scheduled consultation as soon as possible.

• Refunds:
  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable, 
  • In exceptional circumstances, the practitioner may, at their discretion, consider rescheduling the consultation without an additional fee.
• No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:
  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable, and no returns or exchanges will be provided.
