Where tradition meets heart-centered care.
I’m Kitti Pham, AD, the heart behind Sevānanda Āyurveda, a sanctuary born from devotion, curiosity, and a lifelong calling to help others remember balance through the timeless wisdom of Āyurveda.
What began as a search for purpose, dharma, and inner fulfillment led me to discover Āyurveda not merely as a system of healing, but as a way of remembering who we truly are. Āyurveda found me when I was seeking direction, and in its teachings, I recognized my path: to live and serve through empathy, vitality, and awareness.
Through this sacred science, I found not just a profession, but a homecoming, a way of life that weaves together devotion, service, and the joy of helping others find their own clarity and wholeness.
This journey of remembrance shapes the way I hold space with presence, reverence, and care.
My Approach
Each person who walks through Sevānanda’s doors is seen as whole not as symptoms or struggles, but as a complete expression of nature’s intelligence. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles while honoring modern context.
Through personalized consultations, Panchakarma-inspired cleansing, body therapies, postpartum care, Yoga, Reiki, and community meditation, I support clients in reconnecting with their innate rhythm and cultivating sustainable wellness. Every session is guided by awareness, a conversation between your body and the wisdom it holds.
Behind every offering is a lineage of teachers who have illuminated this path and shaped my way of seeing the world.
Background & Training
Kitti Pham is a distinguished graduate of the Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner Program (AAPP) at Ayurved Sadhana in Superior, Colorado, a Doctorate level 04-year program totaling 3,035 academic hours plus 560 hours of Sevā (service training). She studied Āyurveda and Ayurvedic Postpartum Nutrition Doula Care (265 hours) under the guidance of Dr. Bharat Vaidya, a renowned Ayurvedic BAMS and Western MD in OBGYN.
Dr. Vaidya, an Advanced Ayurvedic Physician with a B.A.M.S. from Mumbai and an M.D. from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium has practiced medicine across India, Europe, and the United States, and continues to lead his institute, Ayurved Sadhana, in Colorado.
Kitti received her specialized Panchakarma training under Wahneta Trotter, an esteemed Ayurvedic expert known for her depth in classical cleansing and rejuvenation therapies.
She further expanded her studies in Yoga under Sharon Kapp, deepening her understanding of embodiment, movement, and breath awareness as medicine. Her path in Reiki was guided by John Zullinger, through whom she completed Usui Ryoho Levels I–II, cultivating a refined sensitivity to subtle energy and heart-centered healing.
With over 3,000 hours of Ayurvedic study and clinical training, and specialized certification in Ayurvedic Doula Care, Panchakarma, Yoga, and Reiki, Kitti’s work bridges ancient wisdom and modern awareness creating a sanctuary where healing is both clinical and sacred.
From these studies emerges a guiding philosophy, one that views healing not as a destination, but as a return to wholeness.
Philosophy of Care
Healing, to me, is remembrance, the gentle return to one’s natural state of harmony. I serve not as a healer, but as a facilitator of that remembrance. My greatest joy is seeing others rediscover vitality, balance, and peace through their own awareness.
And yet, beyond the therapies and teachings, there is a deeper rhythm that continues to guide my path — the inner call toward stillness and service.
Spiritual Path & Inspiration
Outside of her clinical work, Kitti continues to live as a devoted student of life immersed in meditation, mantra, and self-study. Her personal sādhanā (spiritual practice) is guided by the path toward mokṣa, liberation through service, stillness, and awareness.
These inner practices inspire her to hold space for others through Seva Meditation Circles, community offerings that blend devotion, mindfulness, and the joy of collective reflection. In every act of teaching or touch, she strives to embody what she seeks, a life rooted in simplicity, compassion, and presence.
Rooted in tradition. Guided by compassion. Inspired by wholeness.
This is my practice. This is Sevānanda Āyurveda.
