Abhyanga and Svedhana are the foundation of Ayurvedic rejuvenation performed together as one continuous, harmonizing ritual.

The journey begins with Abhyanga, a warm oil therapy using rhythmic, synchronized strokes that follow the body’s energy pathways. The herbalized oils, lovingly crafted in-house, penetrate deeply into the tissues (dhātus), mobilizing lymph and nourishing from within.

The session transitions seamlessly into Svedhana, a gentle herbal steam infused with Ayurvedic botanicals. The warmth opens the pores and liquefies toxins (āma), allowing the body to release what no longer serves.

This pairing oil and steam, nourishment and purification restores lightness, clarity, and ease throughout the entire system.

In order to maintain the integrity of our services and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Period:
  • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation Fee:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
• Same-Day Cancellations:
  • For appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service, the full amount of the service will be charged.
• No-Show Policy:
  • Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
  • No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
• Communication:
  • Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes to their scheduled consultation as soon as possible.

• Refunds:
  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable, 
  • In exceptional circumstances, the practitioner may, at their discretion, consider rescheduling the consultation without an additional fee.
• No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:
  • Cancellation fees are non-refundable, and no returns or exchanges will be provided.
